The transport policy framework outlines new transport directions, provides policy guidance for the African Continent and lays the basis for reforms over the coming decade and beyond. The new policy framework will lead towards an integrated, sustainable and harmonious/inclusive transport system, cognizant of the requirements of the African continent’s international / regional connectivity and the welfare of its citizens.
