Upplands Lokaltrafik awards contract to operate passenger services in Sweden
Upplands Lokaltrafik, the primary operator of public buses and trains in Upplands County in Sweden, has awarded a 10.5 year contract for the operation of the Upptåget passenger rail services from June 2011 to the state-owned Danske Statsbaner (DSB) Uppland, a subsidiary of the Danish national passenger operator DSB’s Swedish business DSB Svergie.
