Description: Requests for proposal (RfPs) are issued to draft proposals to develop Transit Facilities Master Plan (FMP) for Regional District of Nanaimo (RDN). The scope of work includes focus on analysing feasible long-term facility site options to meet the transit facility bus storage and maintenance capacity requirements as the system grows from one to potentially two operations and maintenance (O&M) facilities. The study will provide inputs for future project business case(s) and to support provincial and federal funding application(s), e.g., Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP).
