This report presents the initial transportation conformity determination for the 2027 Transportation Improvement Program (2027 TIP), and re-conforms Plan Bay Area 2050+, in accordance with the latest U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) transportation conformity regulations and the Bay Area Conformity State Implementation Plan (Conformity SIP). The analysis shows that the longrange regional plan and TIP meet all applicable air quality requirements under the federal Clean Air Act and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations.
