Global Mass Transit is organising 4 video interactions/webinars on ‘Transit Agency Capex Plans: CXO Perspectives from Europe’ during June 20-July 10 (tentative dates depending on the schedules of CXOs of transit agencies).

Each video interaction/webinar will be a ‘one-hour stand-alone’ session with a CXO of a leading transit agency in Europe discussing about capital expenditure plans, impact of Covid-19 on capex plans, upcoming projects and investments, key challenges, and the way forward for the transit industry.

The sessions will focus on transit agency’s capex plans, key projects, challenges, impact of Covid-19 on capex projects, revised timelines of projects (if any) and the way forward for the transit industry in general.

These focused sessions will give an opportunity to hear from the leaders of transit agencies in times when travel has become very restricted and it is uncertain when it may open up. We hope that the webinar/video interaction will provide a platform for a very useful exchange of information and ideas.

The confirmed speaker so far includes:

  • Mr Gerardo Lertxundi, Chief Executive Officer, Grup TMB, Barcelona, Spain will be speaking on June 26 at 12 PM CET.

There will be another 3 similar webinars/video interactions and speaker names, dates and timing will be updated shortly.
