The Detroit Department of Transportation (DDOT) and the Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) have launched Dart, a mobile application (app) allowing riders to pay for transit passes on a unified payment system for DDOT and SMART bus routes, as well as the QLINE streetcar.
